My name is Cindy Finley. I'm 37 years old. I'm a mother of a beautiful 13 year old boy and a wife of 14.5 years! I own and operate a small, clean, climate controlled kennel. Located on 30 acres of beautiful Ozark land in southern Missouri. The Bennett River runs through our land. Making for some very picturesque views!
I decided 17 years ago that I would follow my dream to work with animals. I studied through Education Direct and received a Diploma in Animal Science. I learned breeding, nutrition, anatomy, physiology, prenatal through old age care, pathology, veterinary care, first aid, sanitation, vaccinations, parasite control, medical terminology, and how to safely restrain. Don't get me wrong. There is also a lot one can learn from hands on experience. Thats what I've spent the last 17 years acquiring. I've worked for and mentored under some wonderful and experienced people who have a combined 50 years experience. I've been breeding Yorkies and Chihuahuas on my own for 6 years now and have had nothing but success.(Knock on wood)! I absolutely love animals of all kinds. I spend most of my time either reading about, playing with, feeding, cleaning, shopping or caring for my dogs. They are my life and I love them.
My modern sanitation procedures and required vaccinations help to create a healthy, safe and secure environment for our pets when they are in my care. You may have heard "horror stories" of poor treatment and conditions at kennels in the past…I have taken great pains to ensure that all BRP puppies are raised in a highly sanitary and loving environment that dispel any fears you might have about buying your pets from a breeder.
